46 – En-route and at the Destination
Leaders make certain they carry the appropriate charging devices for their mobile devices.
Participants wear the field uniform while traveling, and activities uniform at the destination(s).
47 – Record Keeping
Leaders keep receipts for all cash and credit card expenses en-route and at the destination.
On a timely basis, the Records Manager enters expenses paid along the way, and at the final destination, on the TAP Expense/Income Record, stored on a mobile device.
48 – Keep a Journal
Encourage participants to keep a journal, take pictures so they can share them when they return home.
